What is Installation Support?

For new installations, we will work with you to install Tribiq CMS on your server and get it running. We will ensure Tribiq CMS is fully operational. Note that we will need FTP access and if possible SSH access to your server. Please also note that on upgrades, this does not include support for upgrading templates or data from a previous version of Tribiq CMS.

What is Administrator Support?

Tribal Administrator Support provides telephone, skype and email support for one administrator, in helping them to use the system and awnser any general Tribiq CMS questions. We will help you to create and modify content items, provide extranet support and provide direction in how to complete tasks. Administration Support covers up to 9 individual employees or contacts (Tribiq CMS Admins) of your organisation.

What is Designer Support?

Tribal Designer Support provides telephone, skype and email support for one administrator, in helping them to create and develop templates for one Tribiq CMS website. We will, for example:

• Give designers a guide through the template code structure
• Provide help with stylesheets
• Provide help with adding code snippets to templates
• Log in using FTP to help with debugging particular issues.

In addition to these high-value services, we can also provide bespoke support expertise with the core LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and all client/server operating systems, helping to optimize your investment and lowering your risks. Designers are also provided with access to Tribal Designer resources. Support is provided on an incident-by-incident basis - it will be agreed beforehand as to what the "extent" of the incident is.

What is Developer Support?

Tribal Developer Support provides telephone, skype and email support for web developers, in helping them to customize and enhance one Tribiq CMS website. We can assist you in developing advanced PHP applications which are created as Tribiq CMS templates and which make calls to the Tribiq CMS core functionality and support your core software Tribiq CMS modifications. Developers are also provided with access to Tribal Developer resources. Support is provided on an incident-by-incident basis - it will be agreed beforehand as to what the "extent" of the incident is.
