What is Installation Support?For new installations, we will work with you to install Tribiq CMS on your server and get it running. We will ensure Tribiq CMS is fully operational. Note that we will need FTP access and if possible SSH access to your server. Please also note that on upgrades, this does not include support for upgrading templates or data from a previous version of Tribiq CMS. What is Administrator Support?Tribal Administrator Support provides telephone, skype and email support for one administrator, in helping them to use the system and awnser any general Tribiq CMS questions. We will help you to create and modify content items, provide extranet support and provide direction in how to complete tasks.
